Deliveries

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order, unless you have requested a particular delivery date.

Delivery fees

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 6 Amarina ave, Mooloolaba. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will contact you when your order is ready.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-5pm on Monday – Friday.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at indoorandoutdoorplants@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Our return & refund policy

We take great care with the delivery process to ensure your plants arrive in excellent condition—we have a 5 Star Google rating for a reason!

In the rare event that your plants don’t arrive as expected, don’t worry. Just call us on 0403 675 234 or email us at indoorandoutdoorplants@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you would like to return your plants, we will either replace them or refund your payment.
